PRMS Principal's Page

Greeting Parents and Families:

I am Lucas Siebenmorgen and I am excited to join the staff of the Pleasant Ridge Middle School as the new principal.  I am very impassioned about education and I look forward to collaborating with everyone to provide our students with an engaging, rigorous middle school experience.  By working together, we can make sure that your child’s social, emotional, and academic needs are met.

This will be my third year in administration in the Easton School District.  Before returning to Pleasant Ridge, I taught Spanish for five years at Central High School and was the World Languages District Coordinator for three years in the St. Joseph Missouri School District. I also spent one year in Belleville, KS teaching Spanish at Republic County Junior/Senior High School and Pike Valley High School.

I did my administration course work at Emporia State University focusing on Curriculum and Instruction and Building Administration. I earned my teaching licensure through Black Hills State University in Rapid City, SD where I did my student teaching.  My Bachelor’s degree was awarded from Kansas State University.

I am happily married to my wife Nicole, and we have three children.  Noah and Tanner are enrolled at the Pleasant Ridge Elementary School in the fourth and second grades and London is our three year old.   Both Nicole and I were raised in the Pleasant Ridge School District and chose to be closer to family and to give our children the same educational opportunities that we received.

My main objective is to ensure each child is receiving a high-quality education while in attendance.  I will work closely with our teachers to guarantee all of our students are intellectually challenged and are receiving the social and emotional support they need during their middle school years.   If you have any ideas, concerns, or would like to volunteer you may email me directly at lsiebenmorgen@easton449.org

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your child in this role.

Sincerely,

Lucas Siebenmorgen
