In Missouri, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, De Kalb, Grundy, Jackson, Lafayette, Livingston, Platte, Putnam, Ray, and Sullivan. * Through this evening * Another round of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall is expected this morning into the early afternoon. Total rainfall amounts of two to four inches will be possible during this period. This additional rainfall will fall on already saturated soils, where flooding may be ongoing, increasing the potential for flash flooding. * Low-lying and flood-prone areas will be most susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding. Areas near rivers, creeks, and streams will likely become flooded during and immediately after heavy rainfall.
